I enjoy working with teens and adults in cultivating a better understanding of themselves. I'll do my best to meet you where you're at and support you toward making meaning in your world. I work with people who want to develop deeper relationships, who may struggle with anxiety or other stress-related issues, or who may have experienced overwhelming or traumatic events in their lives.
